“I know I could have chosen an easier path in my life, and not until recently have we been able to move ahead faster after receiving more donations that we need to carry on more work and more studies. We are publishing our treatments that are saving lives around the world. What would I be for a person and a doctor had I not the compassion to fight on to save lives in any way possible? That often means sacrifice and going in a direction alone at first that is new in medicine.
